At our practice, we believe a healthy body and calm mind play a vital role in a smooth pregnancy and an empowering birth experience. That’s why we’ve partnered with Jyoti Singla (15 years of experience), a certified prenatal yoga instructor, to offer in-house prenatal yoga classes—right here, where your care begins. These sessions are thoughtfully designed to support expectant moms with gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that can ease common discomforts, reduce stress, and prepare the body for labor and delivery. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our classes are safe, supportive, and tailored to each stage of pregnancy. It’s more than exercise—it’s a chance to connect with your body, your baby, and a community of other moms-to-be.
