Dr. Lakshmi Vatsan

Dr. Lakshmi Vatsan is an ABOG Board Certified OB/GYN. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Henry Ford Health System and has previously held a position at Rush University. Dr. Lakshmi has a strong passion for improving overall wellness for Women and practices evidence-based medicine to provide the best care and comfort with both Obstetrics and Gynecological services. In order to build a trusted relationship with each patient, Dr. Lakshmi provides services in several languages, including English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.

Cassie Sewald

Cassie holds dual-board certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her MS from Georgetown University and BSN from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Cassie is dedicated to providing culturally competent and trauma-informed care through evidence-based medicine. Her expertise includes comprehensive midwifery care through pregnancy and childbirth, with delivery privileges at El Camino Health - Mountain View. She also provides services ranging from contraceptive counseling, annual wellness exams, sexual health, as well as gynecologic care through menopause, utilizing shared decision making to optimize outcomes.

Dr. Maria Carro

Dr. Maria T. Carro Jimenez is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with over a decade of experience in women’s healthcare. She completed her medical education and residency in Puerto Rico and is fluent in both Spanish and English, providing compassionate, bilingual care to a diverse patient population. Dedicated to reducing health disparities, Dr. Carro Jimenez works to improve access to quality care for underserved communities. She emphasizes evidence-based medicine and shared decision-making to empower patients in their healthcare journeys. Her clinical interests include cosmetic outcomes after obstetrical lacerations and breastfeeding medicine. As a wife and mother of three, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her care, helping patients navigate the joys and challenges of pregnancy and early parenthood.

Melanie Salem is a dual-certified medical professional, holding credentials as a CCMA, CPT1, and CET, with nearly a decade of dedicated experience specializing in OB/GYN care. Deeply rooted in both her cultures, Melanie brings a rich, inclusive perspective to her work, allowing her to connect with patients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Known for her compassion, supportive nature, and unwavering commitment to service, she is passionate about empowering women through every stage of life. Whether providing clinical care or emotional support, Melanie is devoted to making every patient feel seen, heard, and respected.

Martina Reyes

Martina Reyes is a pre-med student and San Jose State University graduate with experience as a medical assistant and scribe in OB/GYN. Inspired by her mother’s nursing career and shaped by her background as a Filipina immigrant, Martina is passionate about delivering empathetic, patient-centered care for people of all backgrounds. She is committed to going above and beyond so patients feel informed, heard, and supported. Fluent in English and Hiligaynon, she is passionate about building trust, breaking down barriers, and making healthcare feel more human for everyone.

Dora Diaz

Dora Diaz is a dedicated medical assistant with over a decade of experience serving patients throughout Silicon Valley. A proud Mountain View native, she is committed to giving back to the community she calls home. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Dora can connect with and care for a wide range of patients, ensuring clear communication and compassionate support. Her passion lies in medical care as she takes pride in her dedication to all patients. Dora values the meaningful relationships she builds with her patients and finds deep fulfillment in her work. Outside of the clinic, she is devoted to her family.
