APPOINTMENT POLICIES
We value and respect your time and are committed to maintaining a high level of service for all patients. You may review our office policies below:
Please be advised that a $55 fee will be charged for late cancellations, missed appointments, or arrivals beyond the allowed grace period.
A late cancellation is defined as any appointment canceled with less than 3 business days’ notice (72 hours, excluding weekends).
We allow a 15-minute grace period for patients arriving after their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may charge the applicable fee and will assist you with rescheduling.
