Second Trimester
During the second trimester, fatigue and morning sickness decrease considerably, and you are generally left feeling a lot more energetic, making it an ideal time to start planning better for the arrival of your baby and get a proper amount of physical exercise. We will work on one of the first photo shoots for your baby with an ultrasound to check the progress against recommended development targets. The backache, weight gain, and breast enlargement that you may experience during this trimester are likely due to the rapid growth of your baby. We will discuss any such concerns you may have and provide you with an evidence-based recommendation on the proper ways to reduce any discomfort.
